I had a really great experience at Smile Studios. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome and at ease. The team is genuinely kind, patient, and approachable and you can tell they actually care about people, not just appointments. Nothing felt rushed, and everything was explained clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. The dentist and staff were professional and also very friendly, which makes a huge difference in a dental setting. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-organised. I left feeling looked after and confident about my treatment. Highly recommend Smile Studios to anyone looking for a dental practice that truly puts patients first.
I recently had an implant inserted at Smile studios, which was carried out by Dr Kapadia. I was most impressed by his remarkable skill, and by his very pleasant and caring approach to his patients. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in need of an implant, and I also strongly recommend my usual dentist at Smile Studios, Dr Jagruti Hare. They are an excellent team.David G.
I saw the dentist Sara Jane Salman and the nurse Michelle today for a filling and to have my crown adjusted. The service was excellent, professional and very warm. They put me at ease straight away and the treatment was carried out with great care.I also want to commend the receptionists who work here. They always go above and beyond to accommodate appointment requests and do their best to squeeze you in when needed. Their kindness and efficiency make such a difference. In a world where NHS dental services are often under pressure and frequently criticised, this practice truly stands out. The whole team consistently provide outstanding care and make you feel valued as a patient.Highly recommend this surgery.
Recently found out that my dentist Mariyam Khan has gone on maternity. She is the best dentist I think anyone could ever have and while I wish her the best with her family, I also selfishly await her return to look after mine too. Looking forward to when she's back
I have been going to this dentist and yes I have had to wait for appointments like a lot of places but I am a very nervous patient and I can highly recommend coming here the receptionists are always very nice aswell and it is always clean the dentist I have seen is very good making you at ease when nervous
I can highly recommend this practice, in particular Ajay who has been treating me and my daughter for a while. He is very thorough, confident and reassuring and always suggests a considered plan of action. I was also pleased about the recent improvements to the interiors of the practice. It now looks bright and friendly and some screens and background music make the treatment much more relaxing and pleasant.
I recently had root canal treatment. I am a very nervous patient and Ajay made every effort to be reassuring and supportive - he was really patient and kind! He even phoned me to bring forward my follow up appointment for fitting the crown.I highly recommend this dental practice. My whole family have been registered here for many years and we all feel fortunate to consistently receive exceptional treatment.Thank you !
I had a good experience here after having problems with a crown fitted elsewhere. Dr Patel referred me on for a redo root canal, and then fit a crown which looks so much better than it did before. She is friendly, thorough and skilled. My only feedback is that the reception staff could be a bit more welcoming, but it's a minor point.
I've been coming to this surgery for many years and would highly recommend it.I recently needed an implant, after breaking a front tooth. No intensive dental work is fun but it was made manageable by Sanjeev's impressive professional skills and reassuring, personable style.I would also recommend my usual dentist, Ajay who is calm and confident. The dental nurses are delightful and the reception staff clearly efficient.
